Ask a questionWhat is your minimum order quantity?
Stock wholesale sets start at 10 sets. Logo customisation starts at 50 sets, full custom artwork at 100 sets and specification changes at 200 sets. Single retail sets are available too.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples ship within a few days. Custom samples take 7–10 days after artwork approval. The sample fee is credited against your production order.
How long does production take?
Most custom orders take 25–35 days after sample approval. Shipping adds about 5–8 days by air or 25–35 days by sea to the US.
Are your sets made for American mahjong?
Yes. Our American mahjong sets include jokers, corner index numbers and options for 152, 160 or 166 tiles, sized to fit standard American racks and pushers.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We prepare FNSKU labels, poly bags and carton labels to Amazon requirements and can ship directly to FBA or to your 3PL.
What payment terms do you offer?
Custom orders usually need a 30% deposit with the balance before shipping. Retail and small wholesale orders are paid in full. Repeat customers can ask about other terms.
What if tiles are missing or damaged?
Every set is counted before boxing. If anything arrives missing or damaged, send a photo and we replace the tiles at no cost.
Do you support customers in Chinese?
Yes. Our team supports English and Chinese (中文), which helps community groups and cross-border sellers.
