The MOQ depends on customization requirements. Stock items have a low MOQ, while custom orders require a higher minimum quantity (50 to 200 sets).

Mixing different designs is acceptable, but the quantity of each design needs to meet our minimum requirement.

Sure. We can arrange sample production, which will be dispatched in roughly 15 days upon your customization confirmation and deposit. If you merely need renderings, we can finish those within 3–5 days.

Our mahjong tiles are mainly made of acrylic. It features high hardness, wear resistance and a smooth surface. Other materials are also available upon request.

Yes, all our mahjong tiles go through engraving first, followed by coloring.

The production lead time varies depending on your order quantity once you confirm the customization. It normally takes 20 to 35 days. For large orders, it may take up to 45 days.

We create samples prior to mass production and conduct testing. Once the sample is approved, we start mass production. We carry out 100% in-line inspection during production and random checks before shipment. Quality is our top priority. Every product is fully assembled and carefully tested prior to packing.

Some styles are in stock. Stock availability changes frequently. Please tell me the item model you want, and I will check inventory for you.

Shipping is not free. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your destination and shipping method. We offer sea freight, air freight and courier options. Sea freight is the cheapest but slowest (25–45 days), courier is the most expensive yet fastest (5–8 working days), and air freight falls in between on both price and lead time (7–15 days).

We accept multiple payment methods, including T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, MoneyGram, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash and Escrow.

We normally require an advance deposit of 30% to 50% of the total amount. The balance shall be paid before shipment.

We normally set the deposit at 30%–50% for custom bulk orders to cover raw material costs. A lower deposit can be considered only after further discussion, and it depends on your order quantity.

I'm very sorry. Import charges and payment fees are set by the platform and third parties, so we are not able to waive them. However, you can check the total cost on the checkout page before confirming your order.

Yes. Within 7 days after you receive the package, if the products have quality defects or transit damage, please provide relevant photos and videos to us. We will check and offer a proper solution.

Yes. Our tiles are designed for beginners and experienced players alike. If you already know how to play mahjong, the learning curve to get used to a new design is short and fun — you will be up to speed in no time.

For beginners, our minimal designs stay close to traditional tiles while simplifying the things that most often confuse a new player: the numbers on flowers, mistaking the bird bam for a flower, and adding more colour to the suits so they are easier to tell apart from across the table.

Each tile is cut from a custom acrylic colour, then finished with a combination of machine and hand painting. Because a human hand is still involved, each set carries slight variations across tiles, which we consider part of the unique beauty of a finished set.

The artwork is on the front face of the tile, representing the various suits. The back carries a plain finish or your own brand mark, depending on how the set is customised. The back colour varies by set.

Each set comes with six blanks. Their primary purpose is to replace a lost tile, although some players choose to play with blanks in the game.
